Protein-Packed Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 whole-grain wraps
  • 1 cup grilled chicken strips store-bought or homemade
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese optional
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or hummus as a spread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season & Cook the Chicken: Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt & black pepper.
  • Assemble the Chicken Wrap: Spread ranch or hummus evenly over each wrap. Arrange grilled chicken strips. dd avocado slices, spinach leaves, and shredded cheese if desired.
  • Roll the wraps tightly and secure with a toothpick or wrap them in parchment paper for easy packing.
