cherry tomatoes

bocconcini or ciliegine

balsamic glaze

mini skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
On each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, a fresh basil leaf (folded in half), and a mini mozzarella ball.
Repeat until all skewers are assembled.
Arrange the skewers on a serving plate and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper for an extra flavor boost.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
