Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup Buffalo Chicken Wings Sauce like Frank's Red Hot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Celery sticks for serving
  • Ranch dressing for dipping optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Prep the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Bake the wings: Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • Add the sauce: Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the Buffalo Chicken Wings Sauce until they are fully coated.
  • Final bake: Return the sauced wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to help set the sauce.
  • Serve: Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
