Easy Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, vanilla, or honey flavor
  • ½ cup granola homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup fresh fruit berries, banana, mango, or apples
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds optional, for extra fiber and omega-3s
  • 1 tbsp nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans

Instructions

  • In a glass, mason jar, or bowl, add ½ cup of Greek yogurt.
  • Sprinkle granola over the yogurt.
  • Add a layer of fresh fruit (berries, banana slices, or diced mango).
  • Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chia seeds or nuts on top.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
