Easy Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Greek yogurt
plain, vanilla, or honey flavor

granola
homemade or store-bought
½
cup
fresh fruit
berries, banana, mango, or apples

tbsp
honey or maple syrup

tsp
chia seeds or flaxseeds
optional, for extra fiber and omega-3s

nuts
almonds, walnuts, or pecans
Instructions
In a glass, mason jar, or bowl, add ½ cup of Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle granola over the yogurt.
Add a layer of fresh fruit (berries, banana slices, or diced mango).
Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chia seeds or nuts on top.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
